We develop high quality embedded solutions in C++, C and VHDL. Source Engineers are experienced developers for a wide range of devices. We have mastered development on both ST’s STM32 and TI’s C2000 processors. Even multi-core embedded Linux systems and FPGAs are well known to us. Our creed is: an agile workflow, based on properly applied unit testing and requirements engineering are the keys to stable and re-usable code – even for embedded solutions.
Our goal is to focus on fast progress. We keep the administrative overhead low, concentrate on what really counts and work closely together with the customer. Agility lets you feel the pace.
Back in 2008, long before Source Engineers was founded, we started our careers as software developers for solar inverters. Since then, the development of embedded software for power converters has always been part of our professional live. At Source Engineers, we have successfully developed the software for several solar inverters, DC/DC converters and battery chargers. The applications range from solar inverters, to x-ray power supplies and public transportation.
At Source Engineers, we have many years of experience in developing web interfaces for embedded systems using Angular and the WebSocket protocol. We have the know-how to create mature web applications that are not only technically sophisticated, but also offer a pleasant user experience and an appealing design.
At Source Engineers we have experience in the design, architecture and certification of fault tolerant and fail-save systems. We start with a “fault-tree” risk-analysis to identify the safety relevant parts of your product. After that, we can take part in the system-design and provide a software architecture that allows you to separate the safety relevant code from the rest. Finally, we accompany the product through the safety certifications and provide the necessary documentation.
